The Users screen displays the list of users configured in the system as well as the groups the user is assigned too. Additionally, administrative tasks can be performed on each user from this screen.

Admin Action Menu

1 SSO Button
Green Shield- Indicates this users has an SSO identity linked. The users can login using their SSO credentials.
  • Action: Clicking this button when its green will pull up a dialog showing the SSO identity. The identity can be deleted in this dialog. 

No Green Shield - Indicates the user does not have an SSO identity linked. The user can NOT login using SSO credentials. 
  • Action: Clicking this button when its grey will pull up a dialog explaining there is no SSO identity.
2 Password Button
Green Icon- Indicates this users has a password setup. The users can login using their K3 usename and password.
  • Action: Clicking this button when its green will pull up a dialog allowing the admin to remove or reset the password. Removing the password prevents a user from logging in using a K3 username and password.
No Green Icon - Indicates this users does not have a password setup. The users can NOT login using K3 username and password.
  • Action: Clicking this button when it is grey will pull up a dialog allowing the admin to reset the password.

3 Group Button
This button allows for the user / group maintenance.
  • Action: Clicking this button will open the group maintenance dialog, allowing the admin to add or remove groups for the respective user.
4 Delete Button
This button is used to delete the users.
  • Action: Clicking this button will open a dialog to confirm deletion of the user.
